I understand that operating or being near off-road motorcycles is inherently dangerous and may cause serious injury, death, or property damage. Risks include changing trail conditions, trees, roots, rocks, ruts, mud, water, steep grades, dust, weather, mechanical failure, collisions, other riders, and rider-created or altered trail features.
I voluntarily choose to participate, accept all inherent and other risks, and agree to follow all posted and provided rules. I confirm that I am an adult, will wear a DOT-approved helmet and appropriate protective equipment, will ride within my ability, and will not ride while impaired.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Texas law and United States federal law, I release, waive, and discharge NY Urban Retreats LLC, doing business as Bikes and Bluebonnets, together with the property owner, operator, affiliated entities, members, managers, employees, volunteers, agents, and landowners, from claims arising from my participation, including claims based on ordinary negligence. I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from claims caused by my conduct or violation of the rules. This agreement does not release liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable Texas law or United States federal law.
